Main Responsibilities
- Personally visit tobacco stores in the assigned area. Introduce our products to store owners by providing training on product features and conducting product demonstrations. Set up marketing displays in the store.
- Assist store owners in purchasing products and providing samples, receiving samples and materials from headquarters and delivering them.
- Collect required information through in-store conversations and surveys, focusing on customer preferences and store feedback.
- Provide marketing materials, maintain relationships with distributors, coordinate promotional activities at distributors' warehouses and monitor distributors' PSI.
- Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives.
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the brand and engage with customers.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on market insights and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in the e-cigarette industry. 24 or above, need to have a good command of English, Chinese is a plus, have a driver's license and can drive.
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the vape industry, especially disposables, pod systems and box mods and other product types.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
- Willing to travel frequently and willing to develop your career in the e-cigarette industry and want to be part of a dynamic global team.
