  • Proven ability to author both comprehensive product manuals and concise getting‑started guides.
  • Experience launching technical documentation across different channels and media.
  • A natural, collaborative approach that draws on technical and domain experts across the business.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams to gather subject‑matter expertise.
  • Solid technical comprehension, with the ability to read engineering specifications, sample code, diagrams, and translate them into user‑focused content.
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills combined with strong editing capability.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects and release timelines.

Desirable

  • Experience with hardware, software, and API documentation, including sample code and advanced command descriptions.
  • Familiarity with documentation publishing platforms (e.g., Read the Docs, Confluence, static site generators) and automated documentation build processes.
