We are recruiting a Client Relations Account Manager for a fantastic digital publishing company in Abingdon that prides itself on having a great workplace culture. As a member of the Sales Team, you are primarily responsible for the management and growth of a select group of existing accounts.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- To manage a base of customers, maximising retention and delivering growth through a sales-through service approach.
- To consistently achieve/exceed individual and team KPIs and targets in order to generate sales to achieve maximum profitability.
- To participate and achieve the minimum standards required within scheduled sales campaigns and tasks.
- To adhere to the agreed call cycles to ensure regular customer contact is maintained within the agreed timeframes.
- To manage all customer queries effectively and within the agreed SLAs.
- To prevent any credits by managing all tasks and administration responsibilities effectively and within the agreed SLAs.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by maintaining a high level of service at all times.
- To input and maintain customer records within Salesforce – with accurate, high-quality information in order to enable effective customer management.
- Be responsible for continually updating and maintaining your skill, product, market and competitor knowledge.
Minimum Standards of Performance:
- To achieve all relevant sales targets and KPIs.
- To ensure that all relevant data and tools are used to support the account management process.
- Ensure that any client queries are investigated and resolved within 2 working days. Any credit allowance to be authorised via your line manager.
- Ensure that Salesforce is updated accurately on a ‘real time’ basis.
- Monthly review to be completed and handed in at your 121.
- Ensure that all new skills and knowledge trained is carried through into the role.
Personal Conduct:
- Attend all meetings as and when required.
- Attend and participate in monthly 1-2-1’s.
- To ensure the business standards are represented in all training delivery.
- To safeguard the condition of security of any of the company’s money, materials or assets with which you are entrusted.
- Project a positive image for the company when speaking to external customers and internal colleagues and managers.
