Box Office Assistants are the first port of call helping Oxford Playhouse customers and Tickets Oxford Customers buying tickets in person, over the phone or by email.

Our Box Office Assistants excel in promoting Oxford Playhouse's mission, purpose and breadth of activity across different strands of work (on stage, in communities, through artist development, and our creative learning programme).

This is a 20-hour a week role, supporting Oxford Playhouse's full-time Box Office Assistants to continue to provide and develop excellent customer services.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with the general public, who has developed excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels, but with a very strong customer service focus.

A flexible approach to working evenings and weekends is key.
