The Oxford School of Drama is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Arts Administration Intern (paid) to join our team from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role is hands‐on, entry‐level and offers practical experience across a busy and ambitious conservatoire, working in admissions, productions, marketing, student services and operations.
  • No two days are the same — one day you might support auditions or student events, the next you could be helping deliver productions, assisting with marketing activity, or supporting the day‐to‐day running of the School.

Project Scope

  • Alongside day‐to‐day responsibilities, you will lead a longer‐term project shaped around your interests and the needs of the School.

Qualifications

  • This role would suit someone at the start of their career who is organised, positive, curious about the arts and eager to learn.
  • We are looking for someone ready to contribute to the life of a small, dynamic conservatoire and grow their skills in arts administration.

Contract and Details

  • Contract: 10 months fixed‐term (September 2026 – July 2027).
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:15 am–6:15 pm.
  • Salary: £20,833 pro‐rata (£25,000 FTE).
  • Location: Oxford School of Drama, near Woodstock (own transport required).
