We have an excellent reputation in what we do and we always strive to improve. We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Miller Machinists to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining techniques, reading drawings, and the ability to work with various materials. You will ensure the machines run smoothly, maintain production standards, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This position requires expertise in CNC software, machine maintenance, and a commitment to safety and quality control. With the support of a well-equipped inspection department and other highly skilled teammates by your side, you will enjoy having everything you need to get the job done! Qualifications & Skills · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings · Demonstrate a sound knowledge of work holding, tool selection, speed & feeds, quality awareness and time management. · Knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage (development and training can be provided) · Be competent in Heidenheim/FANUC controls. · Maintain a clean and safe environment. · Work to tight deadlines. · At times, be able to work “lone wolf” under pressure. · To have a flexible approach.
