We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Chef to join our iconic OXO Restaurant kitchen team. Working as part of a high-performing brigade, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food, maintaining outstanding standards, and helping take the OXO Restaurant kitchen to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, quality-led kitchen and is keen to contribute ideas, develop their skills and be part of a respected London dining destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure food is prepared, cooked and presented in line with authorised recipes and agreed quality standards.
  • Make sure all menu items are ready for service at the appropriate times throughout the day.
  • Follow costing, stocktaking and stock control procedures accurately and consistently.
  • Supervise and train kitchen team members in the preparation and delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping across the kitchen.
  • Follow all Health and Safety, food safety and security procedures within the kitchen and wider restaurant.
