OXO Tower Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team on London's South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus.
To manage the Restaurant team and operations and support the management team in providing outstanding service standards at OXO Tower. To develop a team in which each individual member works together to maximise profit.
About the role...
- To maximise the success of the operation by ensuring the provision of outstanding standards of customer service throughout the OXO Tower Restaurant.
- To ensure the goals of the Restaurant operation are achieved through effective and cost-effective management and development of human resources within the Restaurant team.
- To achieve individual tasks and projects through people, taking specific responsibility for the development of a management team to meet current and future needs.
- To interview and recruit new team members according to the criteria specified.
