As Cover Manager, you will lead the management of staff absence and the deployment of cover across the school, ensuring that lessons are appropriately staffed and that disruption to students' learning is minimised. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to respond calmly and effectively to changing priorities and unexpected situations. Experience of line management, administration and working with data management systems is essential, while experience within an educational setting would be advantageous.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the life of a busy secondary school. You will support and develop cover staff, help to improve systems and processes and work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to ensure operational excellence. If you are detail-oriented, confident working under pressure and committed to supporting a positive learning environment for students, we would be delighted to hear from you.
