Project Surveyor – £42,000 per annum + excellent benefits – covering the South East/London, Home Counties and the West Midlands

Are you an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager, who’s passionate about making a real impact on residents, and ready to tackle exciting challenges head on?
If so, keep reading about a fantastic opportunity that we’re currently hiring for.
Please note that this is a hybrid position. You will be working from home on average 2 days a week, with the other 3 days a week conducting site visits across your designated patch. You’ll have full control over your diary to book site visits accordingly.
What are we looking for?
* An experienced Surveyor who has additional project management and contract management skills
* Someone who thrives on autonomy and tackles exciting challenges head-on
* An excellent communicator, who can build strong relationships with various contractors
What does the job entail?
* Carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties
* Project managing a diverse range of projects, including major refurbishments and vital adaptations
* Managing relationships with, and performance of, external contractors
* Overseeing statutory compliance including gas, electric, fire safety and asbestos
