Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Prison Services Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at HMP Bristol. You will lead medicines optimisation, conduct structured reviews, manage repeat prescribing and liaise with GPs and prison healthcare colleagues to ensure safe, effective patient care.
The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have relevant clinical/ prison pharmacy experience.
