The role as Associate Director of our community Mental Health services in Bromley provides the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader to make their mark, there is a wide range of services within the portfolio and plenty of service development to really make a lasting impact.

The postholder will also have responsibility for leadership of the development of our older peoples mental health services and so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion in this area., The postholder has responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Directorate and must ensure Directorate performance and financial targets are met. They are an integral member of the Directorate Management team, and they will drive, and be accountable for, successful achievement of Bromley’s strategic objectives.

They also have responsibility to ensure strategic objectives are in line with, and contribute to, the successful delivery of the Trust Strategy. They have full responsibility for the operational management of their span of control and must ensure all performance and financial targets are met or improved.
