OxiWorks in the West Midlands is seeking a design systems engineer who sits between design and code to build system libraries for web and native platforms. You’ll connect Figma, tokens, code and AI assistants to help designers and client engineers ship faster and stay consistent.
You’ll own the design token pipeline, transform tokens with Style Dictionary and Tokens Studio, make systems AI-ready with MCP servers and Code Connect, and develop accessible React components in Storybook.
