We are a friendly physiotherapy team who provide services of physiotherapy and rehabilitation at our Oxford clinic and also in the community, to clients in Oxford and surrounding areas. We help individuals to regain independence and achieve their goals.

  • To provide sub-contracted services as an autonomous practitioner providing physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
  • Voluntary participation in peer training / in-house CPD support.
  • Physiotherapy BSc. (Hons) or Physiotherapy MSc.
  • To be a registered member of the Health and Care Professional Council & Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • To comply with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy codes of professional conduct at all times.
  • To comply with the standards of Proficiency, Conduct, Performance and Ethics of the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • To have 2+ years UK physiotherapy NHS experience.
  • To provide a valid / current DBS check.
  • To have attended and completed first aid training including resuscitation.
  • To have attended and completed manual handling training.
  • To have specialist knowledge and skills in the management of a range of conditions including neurological and orthopaedic.
  • Able to assess a range of conditions and presentations of older adults, develop tailored rehab programmes and provide evidence-based treatment.
  • Maintain own continuous personal professional development as per governing professional body guidelines.
  • Ensure the provision of a comprehensive and professional physiotherapy / rehabilitation services including goal setting for all clients.
  • To fulfil the legal requirements and obligations of documentation: maintaining accurate, confidential and up to date patient records.
  • To carry out the majority of physiotherapy work within the local community of Oxford / Oxfordshire.
  • To carry out some physiotherapy work in the clinic.
  • Able to work within the team of Oxhab physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication skills for communication with colleagues at Oxhab, with General Practitioners, Consultants and other healthcare professionals as part of patient care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient management and report writing.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Responsible for the safe and competent use of all clinic equipment, and any IT devices.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment at the clinic, for clients, physiotherapy colleagues and responsible for own safety.
