Serving communities across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the academy is dedicated to fostering life skills and water safety. Our program is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring each swimmer reaches their potential in a supportive and structured environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wheatley or Buckingham for a Part-Time Swim Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, demonstrating proper techniques, ensuring safety and engagement, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Swim Instructor will also assist in planning and customising lesson plans to meet specific goals and ensure the effective delivery of our high-quality aquatic programs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons delivery
- Strong background in Swimming and Aquatics
- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring safety protocols
