Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £33,050 - £35,570 (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract: Permanent

Base: Wokingham Charity Hub & Osney Mead Ox Mind Base

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems
  • Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
  • Experience of providing leadership and/or management
  • Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision
  • Experience of managing risk
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships
  • Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
  • Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
  • Effective organisational, planning, administrative and IT skills
  • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
