The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

This is an exciting new role which will enable us to expand our Children and Young People’s service by delivering workshops, assemblies and training in Primary and Secondary Schools across Oxfordshire. This will enable us to empower more children and young people with the tools needed to support their wellbeing, and to raise awareness of mental health in this age group.

  • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems
  • An understanding of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
  • Experience of working within mental health, wellbeing or similar environments
  • Experience of working in a demanding environment
  • Considerable experience leading group educational activities
  • Presentation and public speaking ability
  • Experience of presentation and training creation
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently use IT systems and software at a basic level
  • Ability to travel to different sites to deliver workshops and assemblies
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
