- Proficient knowledge in all common software packages, including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Willing to be trained in safe manual handling, first aid, fire marshal.
- Experience of dealing with a wide variety of people, including volunteers, contractors and visitors.

- Experience in being a supportive and flexible team member.
- Ability to work independently seeking advice and support when appropriate.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling them to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Organised and self-motivated.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative, and adaptability.
- Knowledge/Understanding of our values.
