About Us
Oxfordshire County Council’s Facilities Management Team have a great opportunity for someone to start or build on their career in Facilities. We are recruiting a permanent Facilities Assistant to assist at The Didcot Children and Family Centre, with an option to support colleagues in other locations around Oxfordshire. The candidate would be supporting the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager and the role gives an insightful introduction to FM and office administration.
About the Role
The Facilities Assistant will provide a full range of property and premises support duties. They will provide face to face advice to clients and callers on reception in addition to facilitating the smooth running of the building. This post holder is responsible for ensuring that all relevant County policies and procedures are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies. This is a fully office-based role and the working hours are 18.5 per week – Monday 8.30-3pm Tuesday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-3pm. There is slight flexibility on Monday and Friday start/finish time but the hours per week must be fulfilled.
