The Opportunity As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen operation and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food quality, memorable dining experiences and strong commercial performance. You will inspire and develop your team while helping establish the hotel's reputation as a destination for both guests and the local community.
What You Will Be Responsible For Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
Delivering exceptional food quality and consistency across all dining experiences.
Creating innovative and commercially successful menus.
Managing food costs, labour costs and productivity.
Building relationships with local suppliers and producers.
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance.
Contributing to the overall commercial success of the hotel.
What We Are Looking For An experienced Head Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
A commitment to quality, consistency and operational excellence.
Creativity, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality.
