The Opportunity As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operation, including the restaurant, bar, room service and meetings and events business. You will play a vital role in delivering memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and driving strong commercial results.
What You Will Be Responsible For Leading, coaching and developing a passionate Food & Beverage team.
Delivering exceptional service standards across all food and beverage outlets.
Driving revenue growth, profitability and departmental performance.
Managing stock, purchasing, labour costs and productivity.
Using guest feedback and operational insight to continuously improve performance.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety and licensing requirements.
Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What We Are Looking For Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience within a hotel, hospitality or leisure environment.
A natural people leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
A commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
