About the Role
As the new Marketing Manager for Assessment, you will play a key role in developing and delivering influencer marketing strategies for the Assessment Product Suite to drive usage and advocacy. This includes contributing to overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution, while taking the lead on specific tactics. Influencers will include teachers, agents, and key opinion leaders, and you will also support other projects within the Assessment area.
Your responsibilities will involve creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies aligned with global and regional sales goals. You will set clear priorities, develop evidence-based campaigns, and ensure timely, on-budget execution with measurable KPIs. Collaboration with sales teams, coaching regions on influencer initiatives, and sharing best practices will be essential. Additionally, you will support major projects such as the Oxford Placement Test migration and the launch of Oxford Placement Test 2.0.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. This is a 6 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of an extension.
About You
- Essential: Customer-focused, solution-focused, team player. Able to think creatively and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills. Able to synthesize data and information and use to inform marketing plans. Good communication skills. Comfortable with change and open to learning (ie CRM and automation). Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing/working across different project teams. Agility and demonstrate the capability to think ahead and plan proactively. Familiar with marketing fundamentals (use of data, KPIs, customer value proposition, customer journey).
- Desirable: Previous experience in Assessment Marketing. CIM qualification.
