Oxford University Press is seeking a Group Reward Director to lead the development and governance of pay, reward and benefits across multiple locations and employee types.
You will own the global reward strategy and ensure alignment with the group people strategy in a complex, dynamic environment.
You will advise the Remuneration Committee and senior stakeholders, design and manage all compensation and benefits programmes, and drive cost effectiveness, inclusivity and strategic risk oversight.
