About the Role

We're looking for a talented Product Owner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital products that create exceptional customer experiences and drive business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and our internal / third party delivery teams, you will transform product vision and strategy into clear, actionable epics, features, and user stories. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Senior Product Owners, business owners, and technical teams to ensure priorities are aligned, customer needs are understood, and product development supports long-term organisational goals. In this role, you'll take ownership of the product backlog, managing priorities and release plans to maximise value and deliver meaningful outcomes. Working within agile delivery environments, you'll set sprint objectives, provide ongoing clarification and direction to delivery teams, and make key decisions on accepting completed work against agreed quality standards. You'll also act as a trusted Product Subject Matter Expert, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve processes, and optimise technical efficiency. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused product professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to balance business priorities with delivery requirements. You'll be comfortable managing competing demands, influencing decision-making, and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, helping deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs, achieve business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget while continuously driving product performance and success.
