About the Role

Join our Asset Management team as an Asset Management Operations Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering the policies, processes, and governance that support the effective management of Oxford University Press's physical and digital assets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with strategic thinking to drive meaningful business improvements.

You will be responsible for producing insightful reporting and analysis that enables teams and stakeholders to make informed decisions about their assets. Partnering with internal data teams, technical system owners, and external providers, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights while supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance. As Business Product Owner support for core Digital Asset Management systems, you will also contribute to system development, process documentation, and the promotion of sustainable, secure, and reusable asset management practices across the business.
