This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Marketing team in the English Language Teaching Division as our new Marketing Assistant.

This role will support marketing administrative tasks within Assessment Marketing team including logistics for assessment related events and conferences, PO management, marketing activities coordination.

The post holder will contribute to execute marketing activities and in agreed areas under the guidance of the Assessment Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager, Assessment, to support B2B and B2C global marketing strategies execution
  • Track activities results, map against KPI and prepare corresponding reports
  • Support various internal and external assessment/ELT conferences and events delivery. Ongoing logistics coordination support during pre, during and post event stage.
  • Liaise with external agencies for merchandise/asset production
  • Support Assessment Marketing with administrative tasks including quotations gathering, PO creations, scheduling meetings, inventory record keeping and delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal marketing administrative duties including working with countries and regions to support various marketing needs.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have/be:

  • Customer-focused, solution-focused, team player.
  • Able to think creatively and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to synthesize data and information and use to inform marketing plans.
  • Comfortable with change and open to learning (i.e. CRM and automation)
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing/working across different project teams
  • Experience in the Education sector (desirable)
