About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality educational content at scale? We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Content Supplier Lead to join our ELT Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for leading the outsourcing and delivery of content creation services that align with our global English Language Teaching (ELT) strategy.
As the central liaison between Product Management, Project Managers, Procurement, Design, Media, and a diverse network of external suppliers, you’ll ensure that content development is efficient, scalable, and aligned with product goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing resource models that support the timely and cost-effective delivery of world-class learning materials.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of supplier engagement strategies, manage complex content creation projects, and oversee supplier performance across multiple regions. From building supplier capacity and running RFPs to ensuring rigorous quality assurance and cost control, your work will directly impact the success of our ELT products.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong background in publishing operations, vendor management, or educational content production. You’ll need to be confident navigating cross-functional teams, adept at strategic planning, and comfortable using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
If you’re ready to take ownership of a dynamic supplier ecosystem and help shape the future of ELT content delivery, we’d love to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Proven track record of supplier selection and management
- High level of expertise in resource planning and management
- Proven track record of resourcing and delivery of complex products across all sectors
- Experience of setting and managing investment budgets
- Proven track record of working with Packagers and suppliers on a range of print and digital products
- Experience of creating resourcing plans comprising both internal and freelance resource
- Expertise in working with procurement policy and supplier rate cards
- Knowledge and experience of product development process, ideally within an educational publishing context
- Proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a matrix
- Experience of delivering and expediting fast turnaround projects
- Experience of participating and leading in initiatives, including implementation and continuous improvement of workflows
- Proven track record of leading, coaching teams within a matrix environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and understanding of ELT pedagogy and frameworks (desirable)
