Fixed Term contract for year. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professionally registered nurse to join the OUH palliative care service, as a Living Well Coordinator.
Main duties of the job Band Living Well Coordinator- based at Sobell House ( hours a week to include Tuesday and Wednesday).
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, creative and proactive Living Well Nurse Coordinator to join the Living Well team at Sobell House. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the other members of our multidisciplinary team, to coordinate, develop and provide a wide range of wellbeing focused support to our caseload. The post holder will arrange, co-ordinate and develop the Living Well programme of sessions, activities and courses as well as the current provision of online/remote support.
