Oxford University Hospitals are seeking a Deputy Directorate Manager within the Oncology and Haematology Directorate at The Churchill Hospital.
The postholder will support the Directorate Manager and work with the Clinical Director and Matron to oversee operational delivery.
You will contribute to service development, financial management, HR, governance and risk, and deliver key programmes that drive productivity, quality and clinical effectiveness across the Directorate.
