Main Duties of the Job

The Plastic Surgery Unit deals with a wide range of paediatric and adult plastic surgery, both elective and emergency. There are at least daily elective operating lists every weekday with a daily list for emergencies seven days a week, in addition to regular local anaesthetic minor operating lists.

This post involves day to day care of patients on the wards as well as outpatient clinics and operating sessions, depending on the ward and on call commitments.
