Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to oversee the day-to-day running of the Ambulatory Assessment Unit (AAU), ensuring high quality, safe and effective care for patients.
You will lead staff with support from the Deputy Matron, manage budgetary matters, uphold clinical governance principles and drive improvements to meet the needs of the population the AAU serves.
