The Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring customers pay outstanding invoices on time. The role supports healthy cash flow and strong financial operations within an organization. This role is a Fixed Term Contract to cover long term sickness.

Main duties of the job include:

  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Issuing invoices
  • Recording payments
  • Following up on overdue balances
  • Reconciling accounts

The AR Officer works closely with customers, the finance team, and other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will be focused on assisting with invoicing queries, credit control, and debt collection & escalation.
