We currently have opportunities for Band Scrub Nurses and ODPs to join our caring and dynamic team. The Horton Operating Theatres Department is looking for RNs or ODPs to join their perioperative team. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential, as a competency programme will be provided along with an experienced mentor and education team support.
Our ideal candidates will also be highly motivated and a pro-active team player. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential as an on-call commitment and internal rotation between specialities is required for this post. If you are keen to add to your existing theatre knowledge, and are committed to developing and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients in the operating theatre environment, then this is the opportunity for you.
Horton hospital has theatres - predominantly day surgery covering most specialities including paediatrics and emergency trauma work. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to be part of our team.
