The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To work as a member of the NHSP team at Oxford University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As the health professional performing newborn hearing screens, you will be recording and collecting data both manually and electronically and liaising with parents, health professionals, other stakeholders and the NHSP Local Manager and/or Assistant Local Manager as appropriate. This post will involve direct handling of newborn babies and contact with parents. This role will consist of some admin content which will be undertaken at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

Please Note: this job is not eligible for workplace sponsorship. You will be required to travel around Oxfordshire to various OUH sites as required. Having access to a car with the correct insurance would be beneficial for this.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of the NHSP team and provide 365 day service to ensure maximum coverage of births, to include weekends and bank holiday work and assist the programmes Local Manager or Assistant Local Manager as necessary.
  • Identify on a daily basis which babies need screening working within the guidelines and protocols.
  • Promote a professional, welcoming and caring environment endorsing a Family Friendly approach to care.
