About the role Role type: Fixed term, Non-Residential Dates: For course dates between end of June and end of August 2025 Working pattern: 6 days per week, up to 48 hours per week Reports to: Course Leader As a Course Coordinator you’ll be key to delivering our summer courses. You’ll play an essential role in student welfare, delivering an engaging programme that runs smoothly to create memorable experiences. Main duties Students – Building rapport with the students, maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiasm, curiosity and age-appropriate fun on the course. Activities – Supporting the team in the delivery of the social and cultural programme, including a variety of activities, day trips and restaurant visits. Welfare – Being the front line in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and discipline of the students. Logistics – Supporting the general smooth running of the courses, including making sure students are on time and in the right place for their academic sessions. About you You’re an effective communicator with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality. You’re able to work in a team and collaborate with others to ensure the success of our programmes. You can motivate young people and encourage their participation in activities. You’re comfortable taking the initiative to help deliver exceptional courses. Essential Experience of working effectively in a team. Clear evidence of a can-do attitude. Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Live in or within commutable distance from one of our course locations Oxford, Cambridge, Windsor or Harrow. Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role) Desirable Adaptable and proactive.
