Leadership for exceptional learning: Guide, safeguard, and elevate the student experience About the role Role type: Fixed term, Full time and Residential Dates: For course dates between end of June and end of August 2025 Working pattern: Saturday to Saturday, up to 70 hours per week on a shift pattern with overnight duties. 1 day off per week. Reports to: Operations Manager As the most senior manager on-site, you will inspire and lead the team in delivering an exceptional student experience. You will act as the key decision-maker on site and in emergency situations, ensuring student and staff welfare is maintained to high standards at all times.
