Oxford Spires Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners with strong literacy and numeracy skills, working closely with teachers and SEN staff to improve outcomes and enable curriculum access.

You will promote full inclusion for pupils with special needs, showing empathy and adaptability.

Training will be provided for SEN work; join a committed educational team with safeguarding at its core.

Start ASAP, 32.5 hours per week, term time plus inset days, 08:30–15:30.
