Oxford Spires Academy is seeking a motivated Pastoral Leader to support students and their families. This role, focused on guidance and management of year groups, involves working closely with tutors and external agencies to promote participation and manage student behaviour.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills and commit to safeguarding the welfare of all children. This post requires working 5 days a week during term time only plus 5 additional days.
