Anthem is seeking a Regional Estates Manager for Oxfordshire to provide regional operational leadership for estates, health & safety, and statutory compliance across a cluster of 2–4 schools.
The postholder ensures premises are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, visiting sites regularly and coordinating with school leaders and suppliers.
You will manage contractors, lead internal and external safety audits, and drive improvements in energy efficiency, risk controls, and capital works.
