Oxford Spires Academy is seeking a Pastoral Leader to support students and families, working closely with Heads of Years and tutors to promote wellbeing, behaviour and attendance.
The role is 5 days per week, term time only plus 5 days, and involves delivering cover lessons when required and contributing to House events. The successful candidate will meet safeguarding requirements and DBS checks.
