The Company Oxford Space Systems develops innovative deployable antennas for Space. Our aim is to be the global leader in this field, providing effective solutions today for the space-based services of the future. We are leveraging innovations from beyond the space sector to make our antennas smaller, lighter and cheaper than traditional designs. This is an exciting time to join us as we scale up for the future, having already delivered multiple systems for operational satellites with in-orbit deployment success, and significant investment in our facilities with a state-of-the-art head office at Harwell and a bespoke manufacturing facility in Abingdon.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Assurance Manager to support multiple projects, ensuring our products meet the highest quality, safety, and reliability standards while enabling pragmatic trade-offs between cost, schedule, and technical risk. You will play a key role in embedding Product Assurance across the business, working closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Product Assurance activities across multiple projects as well as managing non-conformance processes and driving root cause resolution
  • Chairing reviews and supporting key project milestones (design, test, readiness)
