Overview: We’re looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to lead the crucial Sales portfolio for our award‑winning residential summer school and online programmes. Our team is small, agile, and highly engaged, with an average tenure of six years. We have successfully welcomed over 8,000 students to our programmes and received the King’s Award for Enterprise in 2023. As Sales Manager, you will help students, parents, and schools maximise opportunities by promoting active thinking, collaboration, and long‑term thinking. We seek a self‑motivated, optimistic, and flexible A* player who is passionate about our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting targets – you thrive on meeting sales targets, are willing to check in during weekends and evenings when needed, and deliver high‑value sales.
- Phone communication – you proactively pick up the phone to win a sale and build relationships with parents.
- Written communication – you write fluid, accurate, and high‑quality emails quickly, ensuring swift responses to enquiries.
- Administration – you maintain impeccable CRM records and ensure no lead is missed.
- Ownership and self‑motivation – you hold yourself accountable, embrace responsibility, and continuously improve sales performance.
We’ll need to see evidence of these qualities in your application, including at least three years of sales experience.

Salary & Benefits: Your salary will be £40,000‑£50,000. The role offers performance‑related progression, no commission structure, and fully remote work. Working Conditions:
- Fully remote team.
- Sales focus from September to May for the Oxford summer school, with strategy development and customer support.
