The Administrator will support the Programme Director with all administrative tasks to help the campus run efficiently. The Administrator oversees all administrative processes, completes essential campus documentation, and ensures compliance with organisational policies. In particular, the Administrator is responsible for overseeing all student and campus paperwork, ensuring that all documents and records are completed correctly and are safely stored. The Administrator will further be responsible for the set up and running of the Campus office, overseeing equipment delivery and stocks, preparation for and administration of student arrivals and departures and for programme activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities- Provide the Programme Director with administrative support in all areas
- Ensure all teachers and students are happy with the way in which the courses are progressing
- Complete relevant paperwork relating to registration, absence procedures, medication incidents and other areas
- Maintain clear and accurate logs for financial transactions and deposits
- Monitor internal IT systems to ensure student records are up to date
- Coordinate all contractor communications and logistics for visits to campus
- Take minutes at weekly staff meetings and act upon action items arising
- Manage the dissemination and collection of academic supplies and Course Guides

Position DetailsYou will be required to work 40 hours per week, but flexibility is essential. Our courses run in sessions of 2 weeks, with the majority of the courses running from July to mid-August.
Person Specification- A strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills

- Ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues in order to achieve a shared aim
