The Job
Are you a Marketing professional with a flair for creating brilliant course content and delivering it in an inspiring, interactive way? We’re seeking an experienced teacher or industry expert to lead our Marketing Summer School at Oxford Royale. This isn’t just about delivering lessons – it’s about shaping the full learning journey. You’ll design a course that introduces students aged 16–18 to the world of Marketing, giving them hands-on experience with real-world strategies, case studies, and creative group projects. If you love curriculum design and enjoy bringing ideas to life in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing the full course: learning outcomes, structure, and topic breakdown
- Creating a clear and engaging two-week programme timetable
- Developing assignments, project briefs, and marking rubrics
- Teaching dynamic daily sessions, encouraging debate, critical thinking, and participation
- Running workshops and simulations to bring theory into practice
- Marking student work and providing thoughtful, tailored feedback
- Contributing to academic reports and post-programme reviews
- Working closely with other teaching staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in Marketing (or a related field)
- Has solid experience in curriculum development – this is key!
- Communicates complex ideas clearly and with energy
- Can confidently adapt lessons to suit different learning styles

- Is well-organised, collaborative, and proactive
Essential:
- A degree (or higher) in Marketing or a closely related subject
