Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing agents and schools
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to build the school network to bring group and individual bookings directly from schools
- Work with the Senior Admissions Executive to deal with enquiries from agents in the region
- Bring and develop new ETO relationships
- Grow sales from existing ETOs by building strong relationships
- Plan and coordinate overseas visits to schools and ETO offices
- Identify and book student recruitment fairs and agent fairs in agreement with the Sales & Marketing Director
- Set up and deliver a series of global webinars to train and recruit new ETOs
- Ensure enquiries from partners are replied to in a timely, professional and appropriate manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using the internal CRM and other digital systems
- Be a first point of contact for key partners, communicating accurate details on EFL courses and giving updates on all developments and points of interest
- Generate quotes for bespoke groups in conjunction with the marketing team where required
- Help coordinate and lead FAM trips, and recruit agents to join them
- Working with the Head of EFL, produce group quotes for bespoke programmes
- Any other duties in line with the Business Development objectives
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- A proven track record of success in a similar role within the EFL summer school sector
- Experience working within Europe with an established network of agent partners
- A target driven, self-starter who can develop and close business opportunities
- Relationship management skills with an ability to work effectively with external sales partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire students and partners
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail and a high level of numeracy
- Confidence with Excel and online tools such as Google Drive
Desirable Experience
- Demonstrable experience of working with a CRM
- Fluency in one or more European languages
Competitive salary (to be discussed at interview)
Bonus scheme based on achievable targets, with stretch targets leading to greater levels of reward
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (09:00-17:00)
32 days’ holiday per year (inclusive of)
