About the role

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Product Innovation Manager to help transform our behavioural science IP into interactive, scalable tools that deliver personalised insights to investors. Sitting within the Innovation and Research team, this role will drive the design and development of prototypes that showcase the power of behavioural personalisation—especially through AI and LLM technologies.

You’ll work across functions to help define, build, and communicate tools that translate Oxford Risk’s behavioural intelligence into products our clients can understand, use, and value. This is a hands-on, midweight role for someone with experience in behavioural science, product innovation, and practical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape and prototype new tools using our behavioural IP and LLM capabilities
  • Translate internal ideas into practical, client-relevant outputs
  • Collaborate across research, product, and tech to bring innovations to life
  • Communicate the value of innovation internally and externally
  • Ensure behavioural personalisation is scalable, grounded, and effective

Responsibilities

  • Translate internal behavioural IP into tangible product concepts and prototypes
  • Develop and own the roadmap for your area within the broader Product roadmap
  • Lead or support the creation of MVPs and user journeys using LLMs and AI
  • Help define behavioural UX layers and LLM interaction models grounded in our frameworks

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with behavioural science, quant, and data science colleagues within the Innovation and Research team
  • Partner with the Product team to transition prototypes into scalable production
  • Collaborate with tech and architecture teams to ensure feasible delivery paths

Client &Commercial Integration

  • Understand client needs and industry context to shape relevant, practical solutions
  • Communicate the value of innovations to clients, product, and sales teams
  • Support pilots, demonstrations, and early-stage client engagements
  • Scope and refine the use of LLMs to deliver personalised behavioural content
  • Contribute to prompt design, RAG grounding, and tone/persona alignment
  • Help shape compliant, modular outputs that can be reviewed and signed off

Training &Enablement

  • Support internal training, tooling, and documentation for power users and client-facing teams
  • Help ensure behavioural innovations are accessible, understandable, and demonstrable

What we\’re looking for

  • Strong collaboration skills across technical, commercial, and scientific teams
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify behavioural and data-driven insights
  • Exposure to AI/LLM applications in tools or content generation
  • Experience working with financial institutions or wealth management tools
  • Experience working on behavioural or fintech R&D projects
  • Comfort working alongside data science and technical architecture teams

Attributes We Value:

  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn new methods and tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive in moving ideas forward
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • Empathy for the end user and commitment to design clarity
  • Practical, structured, and focused on what works

Why Oxford Risk?
