Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) is building quantum computers designed to solve real-world problems. We are a fast-moving, ambitious deep-tech company working at the cutting edge of quantum computing, and we are growing quickly across global markets. Our mission is bold: accelerate the future of quantum computing and bring practical quantum advantage to customers sooner.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to own and deliver OQC's global marketing campaigns. This role is all about shaping OQC's market position and accelerating our brand presence, media profile, and commercial growth. You will lead the end-to-end creation and execution of high-impact campaigns across digital channels, press, and events: bringing technical storytelling to life while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Working closely with our commercial team, you will also support revenue growth through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead generation, and sales enablement activity. You will track campaign performance, report on results, and continuously optimise through data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and enjoys combining strategy with delivery.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Shape: Own the OQC brand, ensuring global consistency and alignment across all campaigns, content and communications.
  • Deliver: Lead end-to-end global marketing campaigns across digital, press and events, bringing technical storytelling to life and strengthening OQC's market position.
  • Amplify: Execute PR activity including press releases, pitches and media engagement to grow awareness in target markets.
  • Create: Develop compelling, insight-led content across newsletters, social media, website copy and blogs, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Enable: Partner with Commercial and Technical teams to deliver ABM, lead generation and sales enablement activity that drives measurable pipeline growth.
  • Manage: Independently run CRM workflows, automations and reporting to optimise campaign performance and engagement.
  • Events: Lead the planning, logistics and promotion of marketing events, owning delivery from preparation to on-site execution.
  • Measure: Track engagement, ROI and impact using GA4, CRM and reporting tools; presenting insights to the team and continuously optimising performance.
  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with technical experts, Developer Advocates, leadership and external suppliers to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality execution.

What We Are Looking For

We value strategic thinkers who combine creativity with commercial focus - people who can turn complex technical ideas into compelling campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Core Experience

  • Campaign Leadership: Strong experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, delivering measurable ROI and impact.
  • Demand Generation: Proven experience in ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement within commercially driven environments.
  • Technical Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to develop engaging scientific or technical content, working alongside subject matter experts.
