Overview

This role is responsible for delivering high quality support to corporate clients throughout the full lifecycle of their engagement, from initial enquiry and proposal stage through to delivery, feedback, and ongoing account management.

The position combines client relationship management, commercial administration, operational coordination, and cross team collaboration to ensure an excellent client experience and smooth internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management
  • Manage and respond to all incoming corporate enquiries, preparing proposals and commercial offers as required.
  • Conduct client meetings including introductions, regular account management sessions, progress reviews, discovery calls, and post training feedback discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote the wider training portfolio including apprenticeships and commercial qualifications.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination of corporate training programmes, ensuring all operational actions are completed on time.
  • Organise discovery calls, prepare and issue joining instructions, send post training surveys, and follow up with booking coordinators for feedback.
  • Regularly check corporate booking reports and share relevant information, including exam bookings and grade updates, with clients.
  • Communication & follow up
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries via email and phone to maintain momentum and ensure timely progression.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Update and manage the corporate bookings.
  • Commercial & Project Support
  • Provide support and assist with tender responses as required.
  • Contribute to ad hoc corporate projects.
  • Participate in hosting corporate kick off sessions for newly enrolled groups
