About the role: To play a key role in supporting the team at OPD by providing day-to-day HR administrative assistance.

About you: You’ll be an experienced administrator with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Admin support for recruitment processes, including monitoring the Jobs inbox, updating the candidate tracker, responding to applicants, arranging screening calls, and arranging in-person interviews.
  • Requesting references and sending out offer packs.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that all documentation is in place.
  • Maintain accurate HR records within PeopleHR and employee benefits.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and buying/selling holiday.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, including Learning Lunches.
  • Managing training course bookings, and maintaining training records.
  • Assist with monitoring employee objectives, 1-to-1s and metrics.
  • Involvement in HR projects and initiatives, and contributing to a positive and supportive employment culture.
  • Working with the finance team on payroll management, including joiners, leavers, and special leave.
  • Supporting HR related documentation, including logbooks, home working assessments, right to work, driving licences, and professional qualifications.
