Human Resources Manager (part-time)
Oxford Playhouse is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join its team and drive the best practices in recruitment, wellbeing, training, development, and employee relations, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
The HR Manager will oversee and develop Oxford Playhouse Human Resources, ensuring the organisation remains legally compliant, people-focused, and aligned with its values and strategic objectives.
This is a permanent, part-time post (24-32 hours per week) on site with some flexible working.
Salary: c.£41,000 per annum pro-rata to part-time hours
